Everything you need to know

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial.
You can upgrade at any time during the trial from Account management.
All work is retained when you upgrade. The trial ends on upgrade or after 14 days.
Pricing is shown in US Dollars and excludes local taxes.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown on your selected plan until you cancel.
Charges already paid are not refunded on cancellation.
Payments are processed securely and encrypted.
All charges are in US Dollars.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and will continue on monthly billing under the Team plan.
The Team plan follows a pay-as-you-grow model, with a base fee that includes two users and additional charges for active users added.
Team size can be adjusted at any time, with changes applied at the next monthly renewal.

Yes. Courso offers tailored Enterprise plans designed for larger organisations.
These can include multiple workspaces, advanced permissions, workspace management, optional SSO, priority support, account management, and annual billing options.

After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
Data is securely retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

No. Previous subscription charges are not refundable.
Any usage charges incurred during the final month will be billed at the end of that month.

No. Courso is not an open-source product and code access is not provided.
However, all plans allow you to export learning content as a SCORM package for use in any SCORM-compliant LMS.
We recommend customers retain original source files such as images and videos in their own cloud storage.

Courso is a secure, browser-based SaaS platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is not available for self-hosting or on-premise installation.

Usage charges may apply if you exceed your plan’s included allowances during a billing month.
Usage is measured across AI, storage, bandwidth services.
Any charges are calculated retrospectively and appear on the following month’s invoice as separate lines.

AI Usage
In summary AI usage charges are set out as:
All accounts will receive a small monthly AI credit.
Once exceeded AI usage across an account will be totalled and on-charged as usage charges in increments of $5.00.
Non usage of AI, or non exceeding credits in a month does not accumulate credits or rollover to future months.
Storage and Bandwidth Charges
Each plan includes monthly free allocations:
Essentials: 15GB storage, 10GB bandwidth
Team: 30GB storage, 30GB bandwidth
If usage exceeds these limits, additional charges apply and are billed the following month.
Unused allocations do not roll over. Usage charges are not refundable.
Usage rates:
Storage: USD $0.04 per GB
Bandwidth: USD $0.12 per GB
Invoices clearly itemise any over-usage.
